The Marsh Family | East Johannesburg
We are the Marsh Family, Robert, Esther, Joshua, Cherith, Jordan, Jeremy, Chelsea and Chaylee. For 15 years we were missionaries to the Democratic Republic of Congo. We were church planting and training national pastors. Our first three years we lived and worked in the rural jungles of the Kasai Occidental province of (Zaire) Democratic Republic of Congo. In 1997 our mission station was looted and we were evacuated to Kinshasa, the Capital of Congo, where we ministered for the next 12 years before returning to South Africa in 2008. We are church planting in RSA on the East Rand, in the town of Leondale, Germiston, Gauteng. We still have an active ministry in Congo, as well, through a daily radio program (in the language of Lingala) aired through Transworld Radio, Manzini, Swaziland.
